NDIM Placement Process
How a typical PGDM student goes from training to an offer.
- Corporate Skills Development and grooming start in Semester I.
- After Semester I, winter internship, report and viva.
- After Semester II, summer internship, report and viva again.
- Company research project in Semester II, plus live projects, for hands-on work.
- Campus to Corporate runs in Semester III.
- Campus drives and job fairs lead to interviews and offers.
- Read the offer letter, check fixed pay, then say yes.
Each company sets its own eligibility, so ask the placement cell what applies to your batch.
How to Get a Better Placement at NDIM

- Use both internships to test a function before committing.
- Take the Campus to Corporate sessions seriously, mock interviews, GDs, resume work.

Figures are in lakh rupees per annum, copied from NDIM's Mandatory Disclosure 2026. Don't mix with numbers from other pages unless batch, course and salary measure match.
PGDM Placement Data Submitted to NIRF
This is NDIM's own data from its NIRF 2026 submission. Sanctioned PGDM intake was 540 seats in 2023-24 and 2024-25.
Fee vs Package: Return on Investment
Payback compares total fee with one year's average CTC, before tax and living costs.
Understanding CTC
CTC means cost to company. Fixed salary, variable pay, employer contributions, perks, all clubbed together. So a ₹8.66 LPA CTC doesn't mean ₹72,000 a month in hand. Before accepting, ask about fixed pay, variable pay conditions, job title, location, probation, incentives and any bond.
