AdmissionChalo is an education information and admission guidance platform. We publish information about colleges, courses, entrance exams and admissions, and we offer counselling to help students shortlist colleges and apply.

• College and exam information: Details such as fees, rankings, cutoffs, placements and important dates are collected from official websites, notices and other public sources.
• Counselling: Our counsellors help you understand your options based on the details you share. The final decision about your course and college is always yours.
• Connecting with institutions: With your consent, we may share your enquiry with colleges or universities you are interested in so that they can contact you about admission.

AdmissionChalo is not a college, university or exam conducting body. We do not grant admission, and we do not control admission decisions. Admission is decided only by the institution concerned.

AdmissionChalo acts as an intermediary that provides information and guidance. We do not take applications or registrations on behalf of any college unless we clearly say so.

You may use the Website if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law. If you are under 18, you must use the Website and our counselling with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• Give correct details: Provide your own correct name, phone number and email address. Do not submit an enquiry on behalf of another person without their permission.
• Keep your account safe: If you create an account, you are responsible for all activity under it. Please tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
• Keep details updated: Incorrect or outdated contact details may stop us from reaching you with important admission updates.

When you register or submit an enquiry, you agree that AdmissionChalo, and the colleges you showed interest in, may contact you about admissions and related services by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. This applies even if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb (DND) list, as permitted by law. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe option in our messages. Please allow a few days for all messages to stop.

We work to keep our information accurate and up to date. However, fees, seats, eligibility, dates, cutoffs and rankings are decided by colleges and exam bodies and can change without notice. Some figures, such as expected cutoffs and placement statistics, are estimates or based on past data.

Before you apply or pay any fee, always confirm important details on the official website of the college or exam body. AdmissionChalo is not responsible for decisions taken only on the basis of information on this Website. Our content is general guidance and is not professional, legal or financial advice.

Browsing the Website and our counselling are free for students. AdmissionChalo does not ask for money to guarantee admission or a seat.

Application fees, tuition fees and other charges are paid directly to the college, university or exam body, and are governed by their own rules and refund policies. If anyone asks you to pay AdmissionChalo for a guaranteed seat, please do not pay and report it to us at support@admissionchalo.com.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Copy content in bulk: Do not scrape, crawl, copy or republish our content, data or design without our written permission. This includes using bots, scripts or automated tools.
• Submit false information: Do not make fake enquiries, reviews or questions, or pretend to be another person or institution.
• Harm the Website: Do not try to break security, gain unauthorised access, overload our servers or upload viruses or harmful code.
• Misuse contact details: Do not use the details of counsellors, colleges or other users for spam, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
• Post unlawful content: Do not post anything abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading or that violates any law or anyone's rights.

We may limit, suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules, without prior notice.

Reviews, questions, answers and other content you post must be honest, based on your own experience and free of abusive, misleading or unlawful material. Views expressed by users are their own, and AdmissionChalo does not endorse them.

By posting content, you give AdmissionChalo a non-exclusive, free permission to display it, edit it for length or clarity, and use it on the Website. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms. You may ask us to remove content you have posted yourself.

The AdmissionChalo name, logo, design, text, graphics and the way information is organised belong to AdmissionChalo or are used with permission. College names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the institutions.

You may view the Website and share links to its pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including commercial use or republishing, needs our written permission.

The Website links to college websites, exam portals and other external services. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, accuracy or availability. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. A link does not mean that we endorse or are connected with that website.

The Website and our counselling are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, error-free or free of viruses.

To the extent allowed by law, AdmissionChalo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from admission outcomes, decisions of institutions, changes in fees or dates, or the use of third-party websites.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded.

We may suspend or end your access to the Website, or remove your account or content, if you break these Terms or misuse the Website. You may stop using the Website at any time, and may ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy at admissionchalo.com/privacy-policy. By using the Website, you also agree to that policy.

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form the full agreement between you and AdmissionChalo about the use of the Website.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest will continue to apply.
• No waiver: If we do not enforce a right immediately, it does not mean we have given it up.
• Events beyond our control: We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
