NDIM Cutoff 2026-27: PGDM Entrance Test Cutoffs, BBA and BCA Eligibility and Selection Process

NDIM Cutoff 2026-27 at a Glance

First thing parents ask me is "Sir, what is the NDIM cutoff?" Honestly, there isn't one cutoff. For the two-year PGDM, the 2026 Mandatory Disclosure puts 70 percentile against CAT, XAT, ATMA and CMAT for the 2023-25, 2024-26 and 2025-27 batches. MAT they show as a composite score, 610 for PGDM, 600 for Marketing and Financial Management. BBA, BCA? No NDIM cutoff at all, the seats go on GGSIPU CET and CUET merit. And see, crossing the cutoff only means your form gets looked at. Seat is a different story.

Cutoff Levels for Every NDIM Programme

ProgrammeMinimum EligibilityExam and Cutoff LevelHow Selection Works

Quick Facts

  • •PGDM campus: 60, 50 (B&C), Tughlakabad Institutional Area, New Delhi 110062. BBA and BCA campus: 61-Tughlakabad Institutional Area, Behind Batra Hospital, New Delhi 110062.
  • •For PGDM they take CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT and State Common Entrance Examinations.
  • •Levels are shown for three batches only: 2023-25, 2024-26 and 2025-27.
  • •BBA and BCA: no NDIM cutoff as such, it's GGSIPU CET and CUET merit.
  • •Management quota is 10% of BBA and BCA seats. You still have to clear CET or CUET though.
  • •Final PGDM list? Academics, entrance score, GD, PI, work experience, achievements, all of it counts.

What Cutoff Means at NDIM

When a student says "cutoff", what they mean is the lowest score that still got someone a seat or a call. At NDIM it changes with the course. PGDM has published exam levels and then a GD and PI. BBA and BCA simply depend on your rank in the GGSIPU counselling list.

Eligibility vs Selection

I explain it to families like two gates. Gate one is eligibility: 50% in graduation for General category PGDM students, 45% for reserved categories, and a score in an accepted exam. Cross it, your form gets considered, that's all. Gate two is selection. Here NDIM sees your Class X, Class XII and graduation marks, entrance score, how you did in the GD and PI, work experience, achievements. Good percentile gets you past gate one. Gate two? You earn it in the room.

NDIM PGDM Cutoff 2026

Funny thing, the Mandatory Disclosure 2026 shows the very same levels for all three batches. So rather than writing the same numbers thrice, we put them in one table.

Exam-wise PGDM Cutoff Levels

Entrance ExamPGDMPGDM (Financial Management)PGDM (Marketing)
CAT70 percentile70 percentile70 percentile
XAT70 percentile70 percentile70 percentile
ATMA70 percentile70 percentile70 percentile
CMAT70 percentile70 percentile70 percentile
MAT610 composite score600 composite score600 composite score

How to Read These Figures

  • •CAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT: 70 percentile, same for all three PGDM categories.
  • •MAT is different. It's a composite score of 610 for PGDM and 600 for the other two, not a percentile, so don't compare it with your CAT percentile.
  • •GMAT and State Common Entrance Examinations are accepted for shortlisting, but the table gives no cutoff number for them.

NDIM PGDM (Marketing) and PGDM (Financial Management) Cutoff 2026

Both specialist courses have the same 70 percentile for CAT, XAT, ATMA and CMAT, and a MAT composite score of 600. They're in NDIM's official disclosure, yes, but check intake and course conditions on the programme page also.

NDIM BBA and BCA Cutoff 2026

NDIM has no BBA or BCA cutoff of its own, full stop. Seats go on GGSIPU CET merit and CUET merit, so the closing rank moves with the exam, your category, how many kids applied and which round it is. Those "expected cutoff" posts on YouTube and Instagram? Not official, ignore them.

Common Myths About NDIM Cutoff

Four cutoff myths I hear almost every week. Here's what's true.

Myths and Facts

MythFact
70 percentile means admission is sure.No. It's an old level in the disclosure, and final selection looks at many things.
The cutoff table and the eligibility rule are the same thing. Not really. Graduation marks and entrance-test levels are two separate criteria.
NDIM only considers CAT.CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT and State Common Entrance Examinations, all listed.
Last year's cutoff will be next year's cutoff.Latest batch in the 2026 disclosure is 2025-27. Your intake can be different.

How the Selection Process Works

From form to seat, a PGDM applicant goes through five steps.

Steps

  • •Fill the online form, pay the ₹1,000 fee. Non-refundable, remember.
  • •Put in your academics and a valid score from an accepted exam.
  • •Go for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview NDIM calls you for.
  • •Read the offer letter, fee schedule and refund terms. Slowly.
  • •Submit documents and finish registration before the deadline.

After the Cutoff: What It Costs

ProgrammeFee
PGDM (2 years)₹14,00,000 for the 2027-29 batch (₹7,00,000 a year)
BBA and BCANot given on the official pages
Hostel (PGDM)Twin-sharing from ₹11,000 per month

Which Body Sets Your Cutoff

NDIM is an institute, not a university. So which rules apply to your cutoff depends on which course you pick.

Bodies and Programmes

BodyProgrammesWhat It Controls
NDIM admissionsPGDM, PGDM (Marketing), PGDM (Financial Management)Shortlist on entrance scores, GD and PI, then final selection
AICTEPGDM programmesSC/ST/OBC and other reservation as per AICTE rules
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU)BBA, BCACET and CUET merit, central counselling for 90% of seats, GGSIPU fees

Approvals

NDIM says its PGDM courses are AICTE approved, and the 2026 Mandatory Disclosure shows PGDM and PGDM (Marketing) as NBA accredited. BBA and BCA come under GGSIPU, and NDIM reports an A+ from SFRC, JAC and the GGSIPU Academic Audit.

Documents to Keep Ready After You Clear the Cutoff

Once you're eligible, NDIM checks your papers before confirming. Most delays I see? Some document is missing.

Document Checklist

  • •Class X marksheet and certificate
  • •Class XII marksheet and certificate
  • •Graduation marksheets, or latest results (PGDM)
  • •Scorecard of whichever entrance exam you submitted
  • •Any government photo ID and a recent photo
  • •Category certificate, work-experience proof or achievement proof, only if you're claiming it
  • •BBA and BCA: CET or CUET admit card and result, GGSIPU seat allotment letter, fee receipts
  • •BBA and BCA: character certificate, migration certificate if you're from outside Delhi, address proof, medical certificate, anti-ragging undertakings
  • •Notarised gap-year affidavit, if you have a gap

Note on Final-Year Applicants

An older NDIM page said final-year students giving exams by or before June 2026, or waiting for results, could apply for the 2026-28 PGDM batch. Current page has a batch-wise condition, so match it with your intake first.
