FIIB Courses Explained

FIIB PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)

FIIB's broad 2-year management programme.

Not sure yet which side of business you like? The FIIB PGDM is made for that. You get the basics of everything first, marketing, finance, operations, OB and HR, then business analytics and data-led decisions, and on top of that strategy, communication, teamwork and leadership.

A lot of it happens outside the lecture hall. Cases, projects, internships (corporate and social), live projects and industry immersions. Freshers fit in fine, and so do people who've worked a bit.

You need a 3-year bachelor's with 50% or equal CGPA plus a score in CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT or ATMA. Listed fee is Rs 12,85,000 plus a Rs 20,000 refundable deposit.

  • Duration: 2 years, full-time
  • Specialisations: Marketing, Finance, OB and HR, Operations, Business Analytics, IB and Strategy
  • Corporate and Social Internship Programmes
  • Fee: Rs 12,85,000

FIIB PGDM-FM (Financial Management)

A 2-year PGDM with a heavy finance tilt.

If you already know finance is your thing, PGDM-FM makes more sense. FIIB mixes management subjects with corporate finance, financial markets, financial analysis and modelling, valuation and risk. Banking, investment and wealth management, financial analytics and FinTech come in too.

You'll work with data and tech to read financial numbers, and there are case studies, simulations and industry exposure along the way.

Jobs it can lead to: financial analyst, corporate finance, banking, investment and wealth management, risk, financial consulting, valuation and FinTech. Possibilities, not promises.

  • Duration: 2 years, full-time
  • Same eligibility as PGDM
  • Fee: Rs 12,85,000
  • Careers: BFSI, valuation, risk, FinTech

FIIB FPM (Fellow Programme in Management)

Full-time doctoral research in management.

FPM is for people who want to do serious research and maybe teach later. It needs a long interest in one management topic, a lot of self-study and close supervision.

FIIB's 2026 research proposal document describes a 3-year programme. Portals show the fee at about Rs 4,50,000 plus a Rs 20,000 deposit, though Rs 6 lakh also turns up. Funding or stipend details are in the FPM proposal material.

  • Full-time doctoral
  • About 3 years
  • Research proposal and interview

FIIB EFPM (Executive Fellow Programme in Management)

A part-time doctorate for working professionals.

Working and want a doctorate? EFPM lets you link your job experience to management research. Expect an application, a research aptitude test where it applies, shortlisting and a personal interview.

For the October 2026 cohort, FIIB's page lists about Rs 6,00,000 in total (Rs 1,50,000 a year) plus a Rs 20,000 refundable deposit. An older listing shows Rs 4.5 lakh.

  • Fee: about Rs 6,00,000
