Classrooms and lecture halls are air-conditioned and set up for modern teaching, with multimedia projectors, audio-video systems, laptops, and internet and intranet access.

The two-floor library holds roughly 47,000 to 50,000 documents (books, reports and other material, depending on the source) focused on management and information technology, along with leading online databases. Students describe it as a decent place to study, with both printed books and digital resources.

The Bloomberg lab has 13 live trading terminals with Bloomberg certification support (one student review mentions 11 terminals from an earlier batch). The analytics lab has about 100 terminals loaded with tools such as IBM SPSS, SAS Enterprise and Power BI, which matters for the Research & Business Analytics and AI & Data Science tracks.

The computer labs are spacious and equipped with up-to-date hardware and software for coursework and research. The campus also has a server room and Wi-Fi throughout (around 30 access points, free for students and faculty).

A 330-seat hall is used for conferences, TEDx talks and student functions. An amphitheatre adds an open space for events.

The campus has a table tennis room, a badminton court and a gym open to both boys and girls. The DDA sports complex in Dwarka hosts larger sports events, since the campus itself is not sprawling.

A medical room with a doctor provides basic treatment for students and staff, and a male doctor visits the campus twice a week. For emergencies, the institute arranges an ambulance and treatment support through tie-ups with Dwarka hospitals.

The cafeteria is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm and serves freshly prepared meals, hot and cold options, a juice corner and beverages. Students also use it as the main hangout between classes.

LBSIM offers separate residential hostels for boys and girls, within about 3 km of the campus, with twin-sharing AC rooms. Rooms are fully furnished, with a fridge, geyser, RO water system, induction heating and laundry service. Hostel services include a shuttle bus, meal halls, sports rooms (carrom and chess), entertainment lounges with TVs and sofas, CCTV and guards, power backup and lifts. Hostel fees: 2027-28 Instalment I ₹2,40,000 at admission; refundable security deposit ₹10,000 at admission; 2028-29 Instalment II ₹2,00,000 by 1 November 2027 — about ₹4,40,000 over two years, same for boys' and girls' hostels.

Hostels have CCTV and guards, power backup and lifts, and the campus offers ambulance support for emergencies.
