Vel Tech University Scholarships 2026: Merit Scholarship Guide
Last updated: September 2026
Vel Tech's scholarship system centres on the Vel Tech Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship, tied to Class 12 academic performance and VTUEEE entrance test rank, alongside a dedicated 100% waiver for the top MPC (Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry) scorer from each Indian State/UT. Unlike some universities in this series, Vel Tech's aggregator-reported sources did not consistently publish a detailed, slab-by-slab percentage table (e.g. '90%+ gets X%, 80-89% gets Y%') — this section presents what was found, flagged accordingly.
Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — a 100% tuition fee waiver is reported for the MPC (Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry) topper from each Indian State/UT.
At least one source cites a minimum of 60% in MPC subjects, or a top VTUEEE rank, as the entry threshold — but the exact percentage-by-score slab table was not found in the sources reviewed; confirm directly with the admissions office.
The scholarship information above is compiled from aggregator sources (CollegeDekho, CollegeDost, MyCollegePrep) rather than a single official Vel Tech scholarship PDF, since one was not located during research for this guide. Always verify current eligibility, amounts and the full slab structure on the official Vel Tech website before publishing specific claims.
