Lloyd Law College Scholarships 2026-27: Up to 50% Merit Scholarship, Special Categories and How to Keep It
Last updated: October 2026
At Lloyd Law College, a scholarship can take half off your tuition. B.A. LL.B. gives 50% for 95% or more in Class 12, 40% for 90 to 94.5%, 30% for 85 to 89.5% and 20% for 80 to 84.5%. For LL.B., 80%+ in graduation earns 50%, stepping down to 10% for 60 to 64.5%, and candidates qualified as CA, CS or CMA get 25%.
A long list of other concessions sits beside those. Co-curricular achievers get 15% to 50%, later-year toppers 30%, the first 60 girls under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao 25%, 15 SAARC nationals 50%, Divyang students 25%, Army wards and residents of the North East and J&K 20%, siblings 15%, and 10% each goes to 100% attendance and to paying the year's fee in one go.
Each of these takes a percentage off tuition, and each one is reviewed when the year ends. Below, you'll find every scholarship, what it's worth in rupees and what it takes to keep it.

How Scholarships Work at Lloyd Law College
Scholarships come with admission, as a percentage off tuition.
- B.A. LL.B. merit scholarships go by Class 12 marks, and LL.B. ones by graduation marks.
- Merit isn't alone. Co-curricular, special-category, sibling and attendance concessions come with it.
- Toppers in later years can earn 30%.
- There's an entrance-rank scholarship, and the AILET one is "to be announced soon".
- The page has no separate slab for B.Com. LL.B. or LL.M.
- The college doesn't say if concessions can be added together.

Lloyd Law College Scholarship Rules
Go through these before you count on a scholarship.
- Yearly renewal At the end of each academic year, the college reviews whether you continue.
- 58% marks with no back papers (two semesters together)
- 80% physical attendance (two semesters together)
- No misconduct
- Fees paid by the deadline
If you lose it in a later year, you pay full tuition from that point.
- Tuition only Scholarships cover tuition. Hostel, mess and other charges are separate unless the college says otherwise.
- Limited and not automatic Scholarships may be limited, and fitting a slab doesn't guarantee an award. Check availability for your intake.
- Combining concessions Whether you get just the highest benefit or can add several isn't stated by the college. Ask in writing.
Don't budget on the assumption that every concession adds up.
- Policy can change The college can change slabs, criteria and availability at its discretion.
How to Apply for a Lloyd Law College Scholarship

- Before you pay, ask the admissions team to confirm the percentage, duration, amount and renewal rules in writing.
For scholarship queries, call the admission manager on +91 82629 40940.
Is a Lloyd Law College Scholarship Worth It?
Yes. A 50% award on B.A. LL.B. saves ₹7 lakh over five years, and even 20% saves ₹2.8 lakh. Still, renewal depends on 58% marks, 80% attendance and clean conduct, and hostel and other charges stay as they are. Before you pay, ask:
- Which scholarship am I eligible for in my programme and year?
- Is it still available, and how many seats does it cover?
- What's the exact percentage and rupee value?
- Does it apply to tuition alone, and for the whole course?
- What marks, attendance and conduct rules apply for renewal?
- Can I combine merit with sibling, special-category, attendance or one-time payment concessions?
- Which documents do I need, and by when?
- Will it be written in my offer letter?
